Our mission is to forge pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and transformative relationships.

We envision a future where every young adult is equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to attain career success, upward mobility, and lifelong economic self-sufficiency.

We realize this vision by delivering skills training, counseling and coaching, and paid internships to high school seniors residing in underserved communities. These resources bridge the gap for individuals who lack access to the necessary resources, fostering sustained economic mobility.
